I write Young Adult novels with crossover audience appeal that range from Gothic-inspired romance, to psychological thrillers, to urban fantasy to contemporary. What connects them is their focus on the intense emotions that accompany late adolescence, especially when making the transition to adulthood.

All seventeen-year-old composer Ien Montgomery desires is an escape from his family's rigid expectations for his life; someone to inspire his music.
