Exciting...and Surprising... News!

Hi all!

So, I was talking with my Compass Press team the other day, discussing ideas for Dominus. I have had to push that release out by a LOT as the book has been difficult for me to finish. It is a highly emotional book for me to write, and yea...it is taking forever.

Anyway, we were talking about what to do with the extra time between releases. As we spoke, I thought about some things that happen in Dominus, how they are tied into a potential spin-off series I have been toying around with. And then it hit me...

ENIGMA!

I wrote Enigma as a short story for a Winter Anthology last December. Here is a little blurb:

Lorelei sees things other girls can't see. She knows about the demons and monsters. She's met them. Up close. And it's cost her everything.
Torn between protecting her siblings and avenging her mother's death, Lorelei must decide which path she will take. And no matter what she chooses, her decision will influence more than just her future in this companion short story to the Requiem Series.

Some of you probably read it. Many did not. This is a story about the Seers (you know, Lorelei and others). In the story there are some things that happen that connect to Dominus in a way. So, I thought...
Why not release Enigma on its own??? For FREE???

And you know what - that is exactly what we are going to do.

That's not all! To make it even better, we are adding a special excerpt from Dominus to the story. I'll warn you, it'll be a bit spoilerific if you haven't read Libera Me, so please...make sure you do BEFORE you read it.

Exciting yes?

So, when is this all happening? I don't have an exact date, but somewhere between the end of the April and early May. WOO HOO!!!

For now, I will share the cover...and what a fabulous cover it is!!!!

What do you think??? Add it to you your TBR list on Goodreads and be prepared for a fresh new take on some familiar moments from Lacrimosa.
