Aydan's Tat and other news...

Thanks for the great response on Friday to my opening pages. The giveaway is still going on through Weds. If you haven't entered, click here to get in on it all.

Friday brings a new giveaway...that's right, ANOTHER giveaway! And this time, I'm focusing on Libera Me, book #2 in the Requiem series releasing in late October.

To get you all in the mood, I thought I'd share a little picture of Aydan's tattoo that my publisher and I came up with.

The tattoo actually plays an important role in Libera Me, so yea.... You can bet I'll be having some cool swag involving the tat during the launch week.

Oh, and Friday isn't ONLY about a Libera Me giveaway...it's also my BIG REVEAL of a new cover for Book #2.

You heard that right, there is a new cover for book #2. After my publisher read the rewrite, and after a few fans spoke out with what they wanted for the cover, My amazing publisher redesigned the cover. And I have to say...I LOVE IT!

So, come back Friday for a little Q&A about Libera Me and the NEW COVER.

In the meantime, what do you think of Aydan's tat???

Comments

  1. I must admit, I wasn't as in love with the cover as I was with Lacrimosa and Dies Irae, although it was striking. Will be interested to see the new one!
Love the tat. Do the symbols have meaning for Aydan?

    1. Actually yes, the symbols have meaning, but it isn't fully revealed in book #2. And I can not wait to share the cover! I LOVE IT!!!

  2. I love the tatt...too. ;-) I'm looking forward to being able to download the books --sadly, my Nook broke and the only way I can get it replaced is if I send it in and they will send me a new one for free (warranties are good). However, MY Nook has been signed by John Scalzi. No, they won't fix my old one and send it back. No, they won't give me a new one without me turning in the old one. So....next month (really, in about 3 weeks) I'm due for an upgrade on my cell phone. I'm hoping to get the Galaxy Note with nice big screen for reading, so I can read my Nook books --and your books on the Note.

Looking forward to the new cover!

Collide and Transcend in Audio Format

Wow - it has too long since my last post! A lot has happened over the past few months. First, I've decided to re-launch my entire backlist. What does this mean? New covers, new interiors, and, in some cases, new and expanded stories. It also means releasing the books in audiobook format. Audiobooks are something I've wanted to do for a while. And now it is finally happening.

In December, I released the audiobook formats of Transcend and Collide - each with new covers and new interiors in the digital and print versions. I plan on revealing the new covers for the rest of the Solomon Experiment series (the sequels to Collide) later this month, with the actual books coming in late Feb and March/April.

In Spring, I will begin the re-launch of the Requiem series, including significantly expanded stories for books 2 and 3, new covers, new titles and audiobook formats.

I don't plan on only re-releasing books in 2016. In addition to the two new books in the Solomon Experiments, I ha…

It's Release Day!

Wow! This post was a long time coming. My 6th novel (and 17th book), OUTBREAK, book #2 in the Solomon Experiments, is officially out day.

This is a special release for me. I had struggled to find my fiction mojo after my last book. Related to what was going on in my personal life and some residual feelings about my mother's death, it took me nearly 2 years to reconnect with my inner artist. The struggle was worth it, though, as I figured out some things about myself as an artist that I needed.

Now, I hope all of you will enjoy the book as much as I've enjoyed writing it.

OUTBREAK is the continuing story of Dakota, an 18 year old girl wrestling with her new awareness of abilities that make her the target of a black ops group. Here is a little more about the story:

Dakota never thought she’d crave her old life in Boresville. Not until the Creator’s assassins came and took everything, everyone, she cared about—all except for David. He’s the only thing she has left, and he wants he…
